Shedly Simelus is a passionate and visionary creative professional with a deep love for storytelling through photography and videography. In January 2019, he founded Shedly Foto, a media company dedicated to capturing compelling visual narratives with precision, creativity, and heart.
Born in Carrefour, Haiti, and raised in Spring Valley, New York, Shedly brings a unique multicultural perspective and an eye for detail to every project. His diverse background in graphic design, IT systems integration, and media production has shaped his approach to visual arts—balancing technical expertise with artistic intuition.
Since launching Shedly Foto, Shedly has worked with a wide range of clients, including artists, models, politicians, actors, and business owners. His ability to connect with people and understand their stories has made his work stand out in the industry. Notably, he has worked with Alan Simon, the Mayor of Spring Valley, New York, and Ramon Soto, owner of the newspaper El Sol de New York, among many other influential figures.
Shedly’s trilingual abilities in French, Haitian Creole, and English allow him to serve a broad and diverse clientele. Whether he’s photographing a political figure, capturing a fashion shoot, or filming a special event, his mission remains the same: to produce high-quality visual content that resonates, inspires, and tells a story worth remembering.
